1. What is Electro Vogue?

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

  • Some orders may qualify for free Economy or Economy International shipping.

  • Otherwise, shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


8. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link or number when available from the carrier. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.


9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Return shipping is free for approved returns. For full details, please see our Return Policy page.


10. How do I start a return or exchange?

To request a return, contact us with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason:

We will review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order.


11. What should I do if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue and your order number. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.


12. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@ElectroVogue.Shop with your order number. We may be able to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be able to return the items under our Return Policy.
